Why so few of the high-end luxury homes are available for sale inside the Las Vegas Country Club?
The residents who reside in one of the approximately 50 large-lot homes, valued from about $1.5M to over $4M, rarely move.  So the opportunity to buy one of these high-end luxury homes is limited.

I like living where I don't have to worry about Pool, Landscaping, or Maintenance. Do I have to do much here?
For about $200/month, you can have weekly service to make sure that your pool is crystal clear and landscaping kept up.  For maintenance and repair, you can setup an on-call handyman service for around $50 an hour when something needs repair. Combined, these costs along with your $120/month HOA will still be much less than living in most Las Vegas Luxury Condos.

What kind of security is here?
The community is constantly patrolled by gate security, both on the golf course and streets.  They use car, golf cart, and bicycle.  Although living in this community is usually very peaceful, should you need security guards to come to your home, a call sends them there, often in seconds.

Sounds Terrific!  Why aren't more people lining up to buy one of these luxury homes instead of a Luxury High-Rise Condo?
Because of the limited availability, there had not been a strong image marketing campaign that you often find in a new luxury condo development.  So, many people simply don't know about this as an option.

Why do Billionaires and Celebrities choose Las Vegas living here?
Although they can choose to live almost anywhere, they choose Las Vegas living at the Las Vegas Country Club Estates as their home for many reasons.  Some may see the convenience of living in a gorgeous luxury house so close to the Las Vegas Strip.  Others may enjoy the fresh air from all the greenery around.  Still others may like the peacefulness or perhaps the overall value.

I want to retire.  Is living here a good place for that?
There are many retirees living at the Las Vegas Country Club Estates.  It's a great place for that, providing a healthy combination of peacefulness when you want it or activeness when you don't.

I'm interested in a second residence and am concerned about leaving my place vacant.  Is there anyone that can look after it?
You can let security here know when your home is vacant and ask them to keep a closer eye on it.  There's no additional charge for that service.

Is it difficult to get around Las Vegas, living at the Las Vegas Country Club Estates?
Because the Las Vegas Country Club Estates is so centrally located, it's hard to imagine living anywhere else in Las Vegas that has greater easy access to the valley.

Is Owner-Carry an Option on these Luxury Homes?
Yes. Under certain terms and down payment, owner-carry is a possibility for living in one of these special luxury homes.
